The project had two distinct phases. The first was around creating a new strategic direction for the brand that was based around giving consumers a chance to explore Japanese flavours whilst managing the fear of the unknown. The baton was then passed on to our creative team who developed a new distinctive, engaging and contemporary packaging design and brand expression.

 

results.

The new look and direction of Sanchi has opened the brand up to a new target market and helped drive 20% plus growth in sales of key lines.
