We ran an express version of our Footprint Brand Strategy process involving Co-Creation strategic workshops to gain input and agreement quickly. We dissected the brand and then built it back up to define what the key pillars of communication should be.

The new strategy drove a packaging redesign and communication campaign and led to the brand being an outstanding performer in the Walkers portfolio.
